Early 2027: Stage 1 release to registered members
Mid 2027–2028: Construction of homes and village infrastructure

Is this development real or still a concept?
It is real and actively in progress, but currently in early development and funding stages.
Will I own the home?
Yes — you own the manufactured home. The land is leased as part of the MHE model (common throughout NSW), helping keep prices affordable.
Why is it cheaper than a normal home?
Manufactured homes are built in factories using efficient, repeatable processes, which significantly reduces construction costs and improves build quality and consistency. By designing homes that are more compact than traditional houses, we’re able to include all the modern comforts people expect in a smarter, more cost-effective and energy-efficient footprint.
The greatest savings come from the land itself. By developing appropriately zoned rural and semi-rural land into a manufactured housing estate, the land can be subdivided into smaller, well-planned lots and operated under a land-lease community model. This structure dramatically reduces the overall cost of home ownership while still delivering a high-quality living environment.
Do I need a deposit?
Not at this stage. You’re only registering interest for early access.
Will banks finance these homes?
Financing options exist for manufactured homes, and we will provide details to registered members as the project progresses.
What happens after I register?
You’ll receive project updates, priority access, early pricing, and an invitation to view the display home.
